Are your products suitable for HDB and BTO homes?

Yes. Can I visit your showroom before buying?

Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our showrooms to view products in person. We currently have 4 dedicated showrooms across the island. This is especially useful for lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom cabinets, basins and kitchen sinks because you can compare size, finishing, brightness, colour tone and material quality before deciding.

Can you help me choose products for my new home?

Yes. Our team can help you shortlist suitable lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and kitchen fittings based on your home type, room layout, preferred design, ceiling condition and budget. For larger renovation purchases, you may also ask us about package recommendations.

Is it recommended to purchase multiple home fittings in one visit?

Yes. This is recommended for BTO, resale and home renovation customers who would want to reduce the number of suppliers they need to coordinate with. Delivery Policy

A delivery fee of $25 applies for orders with a total invoice value below $500.
Delivery is free of charge for orders $500 and above.
The $500 threshold is calculated based on the total value per invoice, and may include a mix of lighting and bathroom appliance items.

How do I check if a product is in stock?

Do prices on the website always match showroom prices?

Prices, promotions and availability may change from time to time. Please confirm the latest price with our team before purchasing

Do your products come with warranty?

Bathroom appliances come with a 5-year warranty covering faucet cartridge leakage only. Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or wear and tear caused by misuse, mishandling, customer negligence, or unauthorised modifications. Any self-repair or modifications will void the warranty. During the first year, warranty service is provided without additional charges. After the first year, transport and/or labour fees will apply.

Lighting appliances come with a 1-year on-site warranty, covering standard defects under normal use. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, customer negligence, or unauthorised modifications.

What should I do if I have an issue after purchase?

Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or a call with your invoice, product warranty card, product details, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.

Our team will advise on the next steps based on the product, warranty terms and situation.

What is the difference between ceiling lights and downlights?
