Sims Lighting Gallery is a one-stop home fittings showroom in Singapore. We offer lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fittings, switches, power tracks, digital locks, smart lighting and selected smart home products for HDB, BTO, resale, condominium and landed homes.

Although lighting is one of our main product categories, we also carry ceiling fans, bathroom vanity cabinets, counter-top basins, bathroom mirrors, shower sets, water heaters, toilet bowls, kitchen sinks, sink taps, switches, sockets, power tracks, digital locks and smart home products.

Yes. Many of our products are suitable for HDB and BTO homes, including ceiling lights, pendant lights, downlights, ceiling fans, bathroom cabinets, basins, toilet bowls, shower sets, kitchen sinks and smart lighting. Suitability depends on your home layout, ceiling type (e.g. false ceiling), wiring, space and installation requirements.

Yes. We carry products suitable for HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes and selected commercial spaces. Customers can visit our showrooms to view different styles, sizes, finishes and product options before deciding

Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our showrooms to view products in person. We currently have 4 dedicated showrooms across the island. This is especially useful for lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom cabinets, basins and kitchen sinks because you can compare size, finishing, brightness, colour tone and material quality before deciding.

Yes. Our team can help you shortlist suitable lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and kitchen fittings based on your home type, room layout, preferred design, ceiling condition and budget. For larger renovation purchases, you may also ask us about package recommendations.

Yes. This is recommended for BTO, resale and home renovation customers who would want to reduce the number of suppliers they need to coordinate with. Many homeowners visit us because they can view lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom fittings, kitchen fittings, switches, digital locks and smart home products all in one place.

Showrooms, Delivery & Installation

We have multiple showrooms in Singapore, including locations such as TradeHub21 (Boon Lay), Balestier, Jurong East and Woodlands. Please refer to our Contact Us page or showroom pages for the latest addresses and opening hours.

You can visit the showroom that is most convenient for you. If you are looking for a specific product model, we always recommend WhatsApp-ing us before visiting to confirm whether the item is in-stock or displayed at that branch.

Product availability and display items may vary by showroom. If you are looking for a specific model, colour or size, please contact us before visiting so our team can check availability

Delivery may be available depending on the product type, order size and location. Please check with our team when confirming your purchase so that we are able to arrange the most convenient day & timing for you to receive your new home appliances!

Installation support may be available for selected products, depending on product type, site condition and installer availability. Please also confirm installation details, charges and requirements with our team before purchase.

Under normal circumstances, our delivery and installation team will ensure your items are delivered promptly and professionally set up in your home.

With effect from 04 May 2026, these are the charges for delivery & installation:

  • Fan — $50
  • 3-Light / 3-Ring Pendant Light — $90
  • 5-Light Pendant Light — $90
  • 6-Light / 6-Variant Pendant Light — $120
  • Track Light (per set) — $25
  • Switch (per set) — $25

Additional Services

  • Transportation Fee — $40
  • Extend Existing Point (Casing) — $35 per meter
  • Extend Existing Point (Concealed) — $95 per meter
  • Create New Point (Casing, includes switch) — $95

Delivery Policy

  • A delivery fee of $25 applies for orders with a total invoice value below $500.
  • Delivery is free of charge for orders $500 and above.
  • The $500 threshold is calculated based on the total value per invoice, and may include a mix of lighting and bathroom appliance items.

Important Notes

  • Prices listed are for standard/basic installations only.
  • Prices listed serve as a guide. Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment where applicable.
  • Additional charges may apply for non-standard conditions, including but not limited to complex wiring, site constraints, or special mounting requirements.
  • Please do note that we are unable to install fixtures or items purchased from other retailers; we are only able to provide the abovementioned services for products purchased from us.

orders, Warranty & After-sales

As stock levels may change due to walk-in purchases, the availability shown on our website may not always reflect our real-time stock. Hence, please WhatsApp or call us with the product name, screenshot or category you are interested in.

Our team can help check stock availability and advise whether it is displayed at a showroom.

Prices, promotions and availability may change from time to time. Please confirm the latest price with our team before purchasing

Bathroom appliances come with a 5-year warranty covering faucet cartridge leakage only. Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or wear and tear caused by misuse, mishandling, customer negligence, or unauthorised modifications. Any self-repair or modifications will void the warranty. During the first year, warranty service is provided without additional charges. After the first year, transport and/or labour fees will apply.

Lighting appliances come with a 1-year on-site warranty, covering standard defects under normal use. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, customer negligence, or unauthorised modifications.

We carry a wide range of lighting products, including smart lighting, pendant lights, ceiling lights, wall lights, track lights, magnetic track lights, spotlights, hallway lights, downlights and surface panel lights.

Ceiling lights are usually mounted directly onto the ceiling and are commonly used for bedrooms, living rooms and general lighting. Downlights are usually recessed into a false ceiling and provide a cleaner built-in look. If you do not have a false ceiling, ceiling lights or surface-mounted lights may be more suitable.

Pendant lights are commonly used above dining tables, kitchen islands, counters, staircases and feature areas. They are chosen not only for brightness, but also for design, aesthetics and ambience.

Track lights are useful for living rooms, feature walls, corridors, display areas and spaces where you want adjustable lighting direction. They are also commonly used for modern and minimalist interiors.

Magnetic track lights are a modern track lighting system where lighting modules attach to a magnetic track. They are popular for clean, modern interiors and flexible lighting layouts. Installation requirements may vary, so it is best to check your ceiling and renovation plan before purchasing.

Warm white gives a softer yellowish tone and is commonly used for cosy spaces such as bedrooms and dining areas. Cool white gives a cleaner white tone and is often used for practical spaces. Daylight is brighter and more functional, usually suitable for areas where visibility is important.

Yes, selected lighting models may offer different light colour modes or remote-control functions.

Yes. We offer smart lighting and selected smart home lighting solutions. Customers can visit our showroom to understand available options and check whether the product suits their home setup.

Start by considering the room type, ceiling type, brightness needed, design style and whether you want warm, cool or adjustable lighting.

 For example, bedrooms often use softer general lighting, dining areas may use pendant lights, while living rooms may use a mix of ceiling lights, downlights or track lights.

Ceiling Fans

Yes. We carry ceiling fans including 3-blade ceiling fans, 5-blade ceiling fans, mini ceiling fans and corner fans. Selected models may come with lights, while others are fan-only designs, please do let our team know what your requirements are.

Yes. Selected ceiling fan models come with built-in light options. These are commonly used in bedrooms, living rooms and dining areas where customers want both airflow and lighting from one fixture.

The right ceiling fan size depends on your room size, ceiling height, furniture layout and preferred airflow. Smaller rooms usually require smaller fans, while living rooms or larger spaces may need larger fan sizes. Visit our showroom or WhatsApp us for guidance based on your room layout.

Yes, ceiling fans can be suitable for HDB bedrooms, depending on ceiling height, bed position, lighting points and installation clearance. Always check installation requirements before confirming your purchase.

It may be possible, but it depends on your existing wiring, ceiling structure and installation point. Please check with an installer or electrician before replacing a ceiling light with a ceiling fan.

Smart Home, Switches & Digital Locks

Yes. We offer a curated selection of smart home products, including smart lighting and related automation solutions. Customers are welcome to visit our showroom to explore the available options and determine what best suits their home.

Yes. We do offer switches, sockets and power track products. Customers can view available options in our product categories or visit our showroom for more information.

A power track is a flexible power outlet system that allows compatible sockets or adapters to be positioned along a track. It is commonly used in modern kitchens, study areas and workspaces where flexible power access is useful.

Yes. Sims carries digital lock products. Availability and models may vary, so please check with our team before visiting if you are looking for a specific digital lock.

Not always. Smart lighting suitability depends on the product type, wiring and electrical point requirements, switch setup, WiFi or control requirements and your renovation plan.

Bathroom & Kitchen

We carry bathroom vanity cabinets, counter-top basins, bathroom mirrors, bathroom accessories, bathroom organizers, shower sets, instant water heaters, storage water heaters, toilet bowls and water closets.

We carry kitchen sinks, sink taps, cooker hob and hoods, as well as built-in microwave and ovens.

Customers can visit our showroom to compare sink sizes, bowl configurations, materials and tap options, as well as their preferred cooker hob and hood, and built-in microwave/oven designs.

Yes. Many customers purchase lighting, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures and kitchen fittings together when renovating a new home. Buying these items together can make planning and coordination easier.
